Tinubu @ 69: Emir of Kano Showers Praises At The APC Chieftain For His Patriotism

The event that marks the 69th birthday anniversary of former Lagos State Governor and APC chieftain, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is gone but encomiums are still coming from different angles of the nations for the Jagaban of Borgu.

Asiwaju has been in the northern part of the country for some days now in celebration of his 69 birthday.  First, it was Katsina State that first hosted the APC chieftain where he visited and donated about 50 million Naira to fire accident victims in the Katsina market.

Kaduna state also plays host to the former Lagos State Governor where he delivered a speech at the Arewa House to the consternation of all. Although the event of that day was a bit overshadowed by the little dramatic fall he had while he was being ushered to the high table. But still, the former governor made it through.

Kano happens to be the last time for now in his journey to the North in celebration of his birthday.  The Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero praised the APC leader for being a nation builder.

As Nigerians, we need to play our roles to keep the nation together, we have to make Nigeria great.

“Political leaders have tremendous roles to play, as traditional rulers, they have our support,”  the Emir said.

Meanwhile, people are already reading some meaning to the visits and the choice location of the 3 K's in the North (Kaduna, Kano, and Kastina). They believe it has a lot to do with 2023 because those 3 state votes are enough to win the entire north in an election.  Anyway, time will tell.
