Alexander Madiebo Reveals Why The Biafran War Was Not supported By Igbos

An important revelation has been made by Maj. Gen Alexander Madiebo who experienced the Nigerian Civil War commonly called the Biafran war that lasted from July 6, 1967 - January 15, 1970.

Alexander Madiebo who witnessed the last phase of the Nigerian civil war revealed why the war was not supported by the Igbos.

In an interview with BBC, Alexander Madiebo who was the deputy of General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu said they didn't ever dream that Nigerians would attack them so they were not prepared.

Nevertheless, Nigerians are united and living together despite the brutal war that led to loss of lives and properties in the past.
