The president elect recently reacted to what court said about scrutinizing the BVAS machines on Wednesday. Tinubu have been announced as the president elect, but some political candidates took the issue to court that they want to collect back their mandate.
The court of appeal has slated Wednesday to consider the Peter Obi's request, by scrutinizing all the BVAS machines that were used during the presidential election. INEC are not in support of it because they believe that the operation might affect the forthcoming governorship election.
Recently, the president elect, Tinubu, reacted to the news he heard about the court scrutinizing the BVAS machines on Wednesday. Tinubu went further to say that he will defend his victory. For him to prove his victory, Tinubu said that through his lawyer Mr Akintola Makinde, he would need to inspect, scan and make photocopies of the electoral materials to enable him to prepare his defence against petitions.
