Buhari has once again expressed his love towards the people from the East and south south. He has named the railway station in Agbor, Delta State after the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan.
The railway station would be called Goodluck Jonathan railway station and complex in honour of the immediate past president of Nigeria.
The good news was broken to the public by the transportation minister Rotimi Amaechi, during a test run ride of the Warri-Itakpe rail track. For sometime now, many people believe that president Buhari was a tribalistic president, but now he has proven to the world that he is a man of integrity, a man who sees everyone in the country as equals.
This is not the first time Buhari has shown his love for the people of the East, he once did it when he brought in Okonjo Iweala as a replacement to represent Nigeria at the international contending race for the position of the director-general of the world trade organisation.
The Goodluck Jonathan railway station and complex has been reported to be the operational hub of the 276 kilometre Warri-Itakpe rail line. Everyone should take time and appreciate Buhari for the good things he has been doing, even when some people cannot and will not still see it.
