In the early hours of the day, some group or set of boys (alleged to be Yahoo boys), eventually stormed a town called evbuotubu in Benin city, Edo state as they were seen spraying money in the air for reasons yet to be known.
In the footage obtained, the spraying of money attracted a large number of people which made movement difficult for both vehicles and pedestrians in the area at that moment.
According to the footage obtained, Some persons seem not to show interest in picking the money as we could hear a background voice in the footage suggesting that the reason for this strange act might be for ritual purposes but despite this, majority still went for it.
Finally, in my opinion, I personally have bad feelings for this kind of act because something must be behind it and until that is known, I feel sorry for those that picked the money.
