2023: Northern groups urge Okorocha to run for President.

The former governor and the present lawmaker representing Imo west senatorial district, Rochas Okorocha, seems to have been gathering a lot of support towards his presidential ambition.

Speaking at the event, the national coordinator of the groups, Sadiq Abubakar, said that no living Nigerian has made any form of achievement that could surpass what Okorocha has done in the country.

According to report, it has been stated that in a recent move, a coalition of All Progressives Congress (APC) Support Groups across the country have launched campaigns to support Okorocha's drive towards Nigeria's presidency in 2023.

Furthermore,it has been reported that, Abubakar said the former governor through his Foundation, has and will continue to touch the lives of northerners by establishing free schools in Kano, Zaria, Sokoto, Bauchi, Jos and Adamawa States.

Okorocha urged the ruling party to ensure that the presidential position is not micro-zoned to any region of the country. As reported that the former governor has expressed fears over the possibility of the APC party failing.
