We did not elect Tinubu and it is not up to INEC to force him on us – Dele Farotimi

A Nigerian lawyer and civil rights activist, Dele Farotimi has stated that they did not elect the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and it is not up to the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to force him on them.
Dele Farotimi said this while speaking in an interview with News Central Tv. Dele Farotimi said that the INEC-selected president might be sworn in by INEC but it is not going to change the fact that they did not elect him.
He said, "The cosmic balance has been thrown into tails pain, somebody grabbed what he was not given by force. The INEC-selected president might be sworn in by INEC and all the forces of impurity in Nigeria. But, it's not going to change the fact that we did not elect him. He has a long road to legitimacy in front of him. I am sure we will take him through that process to further strip him of any legitimacy he might be seeking to find in his fraud. We did not elect him and it is not up to INEC to force anybody on us".
