Information filtering in is that the Commander in chief of the Armed Forces and President of Nigeria, General Mohammad Buhari, Will on Thursday 25th February inaugurate the newly built and equipped Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC headquarters.
The Headquarters which according to the management of NDDC, is a permanent one, and it will go a long way in saving a whooping sum of three hundred million naira (N300m) which was money for the yearly rent of their office.
The office which was proposed and work commenced for over 20years now, has caused excitement amongst citizens. They have applauded the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Chief Godswill Akpabio for ensuring the completion of the building on time.
The citizens have also appreciated President Mohammadu Buhari for having great trust on the Commission, and striving very hard to ensure that the resources needed to turn things around in the Niger Delta region is readily available.
