I don't think there is any Nigerian that doesn't know Sen.Godswill Obot Akpabio. In case there is any, Goodwill Akpabio is a former Governor and senator from Akwa Ibom State. He is popular known as "the uncommon transformer". This name came as a result of enormous work he did in the state. He is regarded as the best Governor Akwa Ibom ever had. During tenure, civil servants in the state used to get 13 months salary instead of 12. No wonder the masses love him so much to an extent of giving him names such as " Father to the fatherless, friend to the poor and needy amongst others". We all remember that he was among the Minister's sworn in by Buhari in the late 2019. Godswill Akpabio is currently the minister of Niger Delta, since he came to office,he has proven to be one of the most accountable, reliable, and responsible Minister's Nigeria ever had.
To prove that he is truly an uncommon transformer,Godswill Obot Akpabio rewrite the history of NDDC. He promised that he will not leave NDDC the way he met. Everyone knows that NDDC was using a rented apartment for years prior to inception of Akpabio. Today NDDC can boast of having one of the best buildings in the world. Akpabio is indeed an " uncommon transformer"
What is your opinion about this? Is he not an uncommon transformer as called by his people? Try and comment on this. Thanks!
