The aggressive onslaught launched on kidnappers and Armed Robbers in Kogi state, by the state government is currently paying dividends as the kogi state security operatives gunned down four kidnappers who stormed the lokoja/Okene road this morning to unleash terror against road users in the state.
According to the source, Another set of kidnappers gunned down in the early hours of today during a kidnap attempt on the Okene/Lokoja road, they met their Waterloo when the kogi security operatives took them unaware, a development that aborted thier planned operation.
The activities of Kidnappers in kogi state before now is worrisome, it has led to the death of many Nigerians, including some notable members of the society like the lokoja based Business mugul, please popularly known as Mr Chucks, A Naval and military officers Who were gruesomely murdered alongside their wives.
It is on this note that the state government in collaboration with the local vigilante group and the Men of Nigerian police reached an agreement that saw a rejigged security architecture in the State.
Just this morning, the security operatives unleashed terror on the Common enemies of the state, leading to the death of Four members of the kidnappers, with many sustaining deferent degree of injuries.
