Why I Won't Like to Be Nigeria's President- Chiwetalu Agu.

There is usually a saying that one man's meat is another man's poison. As we all know there is hardly anyone living in Nigeria today that won't like to be the president of the country when given the chance. This is so because of the financial gains and other benefits the position of the president of Nigeria has to offer.

Contrary to the above Veteran Nollywood comic actor Chiwetalu Agu has revealed during an interview that he won't like to become Nigeria's president because of some reasons.

According to Punch News the 65 years old movie star who was recently arrested by DSS for wearing costumes interpreted to be Biafra flag disclosed this in an interview with Adelani Adepegba.

During the interview a question: What are your thoughts on the agitations for an Igbo man to be president in 2023? was posed to him by Adelani Adepegba. His response is given below.

"I won't like that issue to be treated in isolation, people around the Igbo race have made things so complex that I, as an Igbo man wouldn't like to contest for Presidency because they have laid landmines on the path. What is the essence of presidency when somebody from Sokoto or Kaduna will be telling you (the president) what to do

"The ingredient to make leadership work has been destroyed. So whatever you see there, you take. But I tell you people who have something good to offer will not like to go there".

Chiwetalu Agu won't like to become the president simply because he thinks that there are God fathers who will be controlling the president.
