Multiple sources had it earlier today that the CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey had decided to set up the Headquarters of Twitter Africa in Ghana after a virtual meeting with the President of Ghana. The news was welcomed with both cheers from Ghanians and sneers from other African Countries who felt that Twitter should have considered their territory, especially Nigerians.
While reacting to this, former Senator of the National Assembly, Senator Shehu Sani took to his Official Twitter handle to share his opinion on what would've happened had it been Twitter set up her Twitter Africa Headquarters in Nigeria.
According to Shehu Sani, he said;
“If they have chosen to base their regional office here (Nigeria) and not Ghana, one day they will be ordered to ‘pack and go’ because of your daily barrage of missiles.”
While reacting to this, Nigerians on social media expressed their selves hilariously as they sarcastically shades the Former Senator for not wishing his country well. See some of the reactions below;
Why do you think Twitter chose Ghana over Nigeria even though Nigeria has a lot of populations compared to Ghana? Please use the comment section to share your opinions. Share this post too.
