He studied law at the University of Nigeria, graduated in 1980, and then enrolled at the Nigeria law school, in Lagos and graduated on the 10th of July 1981

Sullivan served as the governor of the state under the platform of the People's Democratic Party, PDP

He was Preceded by Chimaroke Nnanami and Succeeded by Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi when his tenure ended on the 29th of May 2015

He is happily married and blessed with Five Children

One of his children we are going to talk about is his daughter, Ezinne Ekpeluchi Chime, that got married to her lovely husband, Ken Nnamani.

Not much is known about Ezinne, but according to information gathered, she is known as a Fashionista.

Their wedding which was glamorous was attended by prominent personalities across the country.
