Out Of The 21 Days We Have To File A Petition On Behalf Of Obi, INEC Has Wasted 11- Obi's Lawyer

As the Independent National Election Commission, INEC, has wasted their time, Peter obi's legal team leader, Dr. Livy Uzoukwu, SAN, has claimed that they likely have ten days to file a petition on their client's behalf.

You may remember that on Monday, Uzoukwu, together with a team of sixty lawyers, visited the Electoral Body's headquarters to examine secret election documents.

During the meeting, however, he reported that INEC still has not given them the election materials they need to submit a petition.

According to him, they originally had twenty-one (21) days, but now they only have roughly ten (10) days because the electoral body has refused to provide them with what they need.

Saying it in a now-viral video, "Unfortunately, INEC has not provided us with the necessary electoral papers to submit a petition on our client's behalf. We had 21 days to submit the petition, and we're down to the final 10 now that everyone knows elections are time-sensitive."
