The former Zamfara State Governor made this disclosure when journalists asked him question shortly after meeting with the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, at the APC Secretariat.

Speaking about the zoning arrangement that was made by the APC leaders, he made it known that the zoning arrangement requires dialogue, engagement and agreement.
