With the long awaited Edo State forthcoming governorship election coming closer to the epic contest day between the ruling All Progressive Congress APC candidate and the incumbent Governor of the state, also the People Democratic Party PDP candidate Mr. Godwin Obasaki, neither Adams Oshiomhole nor Ganduje is on the ballot box, the energy Obaseki is using to bring these people down should be channelled into showcasing his works for Edo State people to see, because they're the ones who would judge you.
Standing on a neutral ground, it is inarguable that Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu who happens to be one of the founding elements of the ruling All Progressive Congress APC in Edo, in which his roles to the progress of the party is not something that can not be forgotten in hurry, even though he once left the party and come back.
Also, by considering Ize-Iyamu's political structure as one of the pioneers of the APC starting from it's creation, it is inarguable that he will be filled with some experience about the party, in which such can not be taken away from him, as it had become part of him as a politician.
For some of us, who are very keen observers of Edo state politics in the past couple of months, it would have been very obvious that Ize-Iyamu's popularity was going to prove very costly for Obaseki's re-election in the forthcoming governorship elections in the state.
Many local government areas in the state is clearly not on the same page with Obaseki, therefore, it is a good sign that the people no longer wants Obaseki but a new person in government. Therefore, the people will elevate Ize-iyamu, boost his popularity and have him re-elected into office in September.
Apart from the aforementioned reasons, Ize-has the full support of three former governors if the state, going this it's also another pointer that is going to prove very costly for Obaseki's second term bid comes 19th September.
Moreover, Obaseki’s cabinets would have been empty by today, but for the threats of arrest and detention he issued to others to stop them from resigning. Everyone saw how Gov. Obaseki harangued his former Chief of Staff, Taiwo Akerele, and ransacked his home with armed Police and DSS officials when he tendered his resignation letter.
Since Governor Obaseki can not show his works to Edo people, he has turned himself into a clown, spreading fake news, while the APC simple agenda is sweeping everywhere.
From which of these two should Gov. Obaseki be campaigning with videos of Oshiomhole campaigning for him in 2016 or should Obaseki be campaigning with his performance as Governor since 2016?
What correlation does Ganduje's video have with Edo's decision to vote in who is capable to steer the leadership of the State for the next four years?

A sharp contrast to Obaseki’s lack of direction, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has a plan to govern Edo State. He has had it for years. It’s well articulated in a document in 2016, known as the (SIMPLE agenda). That’s the acronym for the six points of his plan. I’m aware that this document has been updated to guide Ize-Iyamu when he’s elected as the executive Governor of Edo State in September and assumes office in November 2020.
To this end, I'm very sure the good people of Edo State are very wise people, they will not get themselves involve in PDP and Obaseki's Deceits. Whatever the campaign of columny PDP and Obaseki might use against the candidature of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the Edo people would not rest until they ensure the remaining political structure of PDP is collapsed totally in Edo, adding that our ultimate goal is to humiliate the PDP and Obaseki in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
