Livy Uzoukwu, SAN, The lead counsel of the Labour Party presidential aspirant, Peter Gregory Obi, has expressed dissatisfaction as to how the independent national Electoral Commission, INEC would object to the Live streaming of the Tribunal
In a viral video that is currently circulating online, he asked why the Independent body that is funded by the government to represent the people will want to deny the people that it is expected to represent the joy of seeing the tribunal live
He said he doesn't know what the electoral body is hiding
He "It is surprising that INEC is objecting. A public institution that is being funded by the government and representing the people is saying that it doesn't want the people to enjoy live streaming of the Tribunal. Are you not surprised?
