According to Governor Hope Uzodinma, President's Buhari is expected to arrive Imo State on Thursday, for the commissioning of projects in the State and several arrangements have been made to give him a grand reception.
Governor Hope Uzodinma, has done well in the area of infrastructural development. Particularly, the Imo governor has commendably executed several projects started by his predecessor, Honourable Emeka Ihedioha. However, some Imolites are unimpressed with the governor's decision to invite Mr President for the commissioning of roads that could have been done with less pump and pageantry. In other climes, good roads are a basic social responsibility of the government.
Even more, many civil servants Imo State are complaining about unpaid salaries and arrears, hence, many Imolites are of the opinion that the Imo government should channel it's resources to the payment of government workers.
Dear Nigerians, what is your take on this delicate issue of national concern?
