Resident Doctors suspend Nationwide strikes: The National Association of Residence doctor have suspended the Nationwide strike which lasted for ten days .
Uyilawa Ohuahesuyi the national president of the Association confirmed this with vanguard on Saturday. He noted that the strike was suspended due to the fact that the federal government have met their demands
Ngige revealed why Buhari travelled to London for medical treatment : Dr Chris Ngige the minister of labour and employment stated that President Muhammed Buhari travelled to London for medical treatment to help him seek second opinion on his health .
Ngige also stated that the president has the right to travel to London for medical checkup.
" Buhari has the right to travel for medical check-up for three reasons . One you can't dictate for person who will treat them for any ailments.
" Secondly Buhari is the head of Nigeria, so he should have a special doctor and has the right to receive treatment from the doctor ..
" Thirdly some government officials have free medical treatment home and abroad .
" Stop attack on Northerners in South - Senator Kaita warns : Senator Ahamad Babba Kaita who represented the North senatorial district in Kaduna sends strong warning to southerners telling them to stop the attack on Northerners immediately.
He also noted that Northerners should be allowed to carry out their business freely in South as in line with the country's constitution.
Yahaya Bello backed for Presidency : The inter-tribal association of Nigeria has urged Governor Yahaya Bello to counter for 2023 presidential election.
This statement was issued by Jabril Maiturare the general Secretary of the group on Saturday in Kaduna . He stated that ITAN which comprises of different tribes and religion have urged Governor Yahaya Bello to contest for 2023 presidential election.
