I Didn't Join PDP—Gbemi Saraki
The Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Gbemi Saraki has refuted a fake news that she has joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Saraki, in a statement signed by her media consultant Moses Bello denied joining PDP and supporting its Kwara gubernatorial candidate, Yaman.
Bello further added that the minister worked tirelessly to ensure that the President-elect, Sen. Bola Tinubu of the APC won the presidential election in the state.

No fewer than 13 experienced legal practitioners have been listed by the All Progressive Congress (APC) to represent the party at the election petition tribunal.
However, some netizens have mocked Keyamo on social media that he failed to make the list in spite of his support for Tinubu and the APC.
JUST IN: Tinubu seeks court order to obtain election materials
The President-elect, Bola Tinubu, on Tuesday, urged the Court of Appeal in Abuja to order the Independent National Electoral Commission to grant him access to sensitive materials it used for the presidential election.

Tinubu, through his lawyer, Mr Akintola Makinde, said he would need to inspect, scan and make photocopies of some of the electoral materials to enable him to prepare his defence against petitions that would seek to nullify his election.
While Tinubu’s first ex-parte application, which was filed on March 6, has the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi as respondents, in the second application, the Peoples Democratic Party, and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, were cited as respondents, alongside INEC.
Vote PDP again, Diri urges Bayelsa electorate
The Governor of Bayelsa State, Douye Diri, has called on the electorate to once again vote massively for candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party in the State House of Assembly election scheduled for Saturday, March 11.

He made this call after a three-day consultative meeting with the party’s candidates, caucus leaders, stakeholders and leaders of the non-indigenes from the eight Local Government Areas of the state at the Government House, Yenagoa.
Diri, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Daniel Alabrah, on Monday, ongratulated the state chapter of the PDP for the overwhelming victory recorded by the party in the February 25 general election.
