According to FAAN, Governor Fintiri arrived Port Harcourt International Airport with eight other individuals. The Governor and the people he landed with all refused to use hand sanitizers or allow officials to check their temperature. According to reports, Fintiri’s and his team drove through the barricades up to the terminal building ignoring traffic and aviation security instructions.

FAAN also went on to criticize the actions of Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri and his entire team. The agency described the actions of Finitiri as irresponsible and reckless.
