This incident led to her death, putting the whole country in a mourning state.
He further disclosed that he and two other civilians were at the Nigerian Air Force base in Kaduna to visit the wife of a squadron leader, when they saw Arotile. Adejoh reversed the vehicle in a bid to greet her but ended up knocking her down.
Channels Television reported yesterday that some military sources, who preferred to remain anonymous, alleged that the civilian driver, accompanied by his friends, visited his relations at the Airforce base, in Mando, Kaduna metropolis on the day of the incident. Adding that the driver has no valid driver’s license or papers.
