Rumor has been going around that the People Democratic Party (PDP), is afraid that President Muhammadu Buhari wants to run for a third term as the president of Nigeria, although the constitution doesn't allow that yet, but eventually if the constitution later allows that did you think any politicians in Nigeria can defeat President Muhammadu Buhari in a free and fair election.
President Muhammadu Buhari can boost of many achievements during his first 6 years in office, although not all Nigerians like him despite his achievement, while many will still deny some good achievement he has done within his first 6 years in office.
Many people have accused the present government of many things, one of the main things that accused him is Nepotism among many other things. But nobody can be denied that he has not done anything in the Country.
Did you think if the constitution allows the President to run for 3rd term, did you think any Presidential candidates can defeat him?
We had seen the presidential result of the 2019 Election, President Muhammadu Buhari won the election with a 4 million votes difference between him and his closest rival Abubakar Atiku.
There is no doubt that there is no candidate that has done enough since 2019 to defeat President Muhammadu Buhari out of office. If there is a constitution that allows the President to run for 3rd term as the president just like the Senator and Honourable in the country.
There are only a few politicians that can compete with President Muhammadu Buhari, and there is no assurance that they will be able to defeat him, even if they come together. If the constitution change tomorrow, I can assure you that President Muhammadu Buhari will still win the election if he decides to run for the election once again.
Did you also agree, that President Muhammadu Buhari has done enough to win the general election once again if the constitution allows him to contest once again? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments section.
