The Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) has asked the federal government of Nigeria to publish the names of those that asked for money. IPOB said this after the Presidential spokesman said " president Buhari will pay no one. He is not going to pay anyone and now it is clear that having ignored all of that reasonable opinion are coming from those states and those regions".
