Gani Adams urge southwest governors to invest in the Yoruba Land and encourage the Yoruba Culture

One of the prominent politicians in the southwest has sent a message to the governors in the southwest on the need to promote the culture and heritage of the Yoruba People. 

He maintained that the growth of the Yoruba Nation is very important and should not be forgotten by any elected representatives of the state. He said the development of the culture would attach the public and make them want to come to the southwest to explore and settle down due to the development in the area.


Goodluck Jonathan: Electoral process should decide the winners of the election, not the judiciary. 

Mr. Good luck Ebele Jonathan has released a statement to support Nigeria's Democracy. He made it known that the importance of democracy is due to the process by which qualified persons are elected into office by voters. 

He said those who emerges winner of elections must have met certain standards and requirement before they stand as a candidate during the election. He said the election is between the people and the body in charge of the election.


Meanwhile, in some cases, Jonathan said some people have become leads through the decision of a court but that should no longer exist in Nigeria because it is not a good indication of democracy. 


He urged the appropriate authority to make sure elections are won through ballot boxes and not through a court order.


President Muhammadu Buhari sends a message to Muslims in the month of Ramadan 

President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated all Muslim brothers and sisters in the month of Ramadan. He urged the true believers to be more prayerful and truthful in the month of Ramadan and shun any act of violence.

In his message, he told the believers to remember those who need help and give anything to the poor because many people are struggling out there. He added that giving to the poor in this period would bro g them peace and strength in the month of Ramadan as Allah would easily forgive their sins.
