The former governor of Niger State, Babangida Aliyu, has slammed some PDP Governors who are working against the party, recalling what happened in Zamfara State, how a PDP governor who defected to the APC was defeated during the just concluded election.
While speaking, Babangida Aliyu made it known that a governor of the PDP said that if he cheats or cheated the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, that God should crush him and God eventually crushed him.
Furthermore, he noted that Muslims are always told to remember about death, urging members of his party to always remember that they have sworn with the Koran or the Bible.
The former Niger State governor made this disclosure when he was addressing members of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He said: "Always remember you have sworn with the Koran or the Bible and we have seen the result of swearing in Zamfara. A governor of PDP said if he cheats or cheated PDP, may God crush him and God crushed him."
It should be recalled that the incumbent governor of Zamfara State, Bello Matawale was elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, but he defected to the APC. During the just concluded Governorship election in the state, he contested again and lost to a PDP candidate.
