Daily Trust also reported that about 400 persons have been arrested already in different parts of the country. Some states where these people were reportedly arrests include: Kano, Borno, Lagos, Abuja, Adamawa, Sokoto and Zamfara States.
It was also reported that some prominent bureau de change operators were among those arrested. These are some names of the people who were arrested, Baba Usaini, Abubakar Yellow also known as (Amfani), Yusuf Ali Yusuf (Babangida), Ibrahim Sani, Auwal Fagge and Muhammad Lawan Sani.
