President Buhari cannot forget the good work former President Goodluck Jonathan did for Nigerians. Goodluck Jonathan conceded defeat to president Muhammadu Buhari during the 2015 presidential election's result where Buhari was declared the winner. What a good and soft hearted human, he had congratulated president Muhammadu Buhari even before the result was announced. Therefore, he deserves all Honours bestowed on him.
According to Daily Post reports, it was said that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the naming of the Railway Complex in Agbor, Delta State after former President, Goodluck Jonathan.
Below is the headline of the report posted by Daily Post Nigeria on their Twitter handle.
Buhari’s Special Assistant on New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi, made the announcement on Saturday.
Ogunlesi, on Twitter, quoted Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, as saying the facility will be known as the Goodluck Jonathan Railway Station & Complex.
The station is the operational hub of the Itakpe-Warri rail line.
Jonathan is currently in Mali as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Special Envoy. He is leading the body’s mediation mission.
I believe that president Muhammadu Buhari will continue to honour this honorable personality the more.
Doing this, former president Goodluck Jonathan will forever be remembered for the good work he has done for Nigeria.
May God bless Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, president Muhammadu Buhari and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
What can you say about this? Was President Muhammadu Buhari right to approve this honour in favour of Goodluck Jonathan?
