The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu, has claimed that the Presidential election which produced Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President elect, is the most peaceful election that Nigeria has ever had.
The APC National Chairman made this known in an interview, where he was talked about who should become the next Senate President between Muslims and Christians.
Adamu claimed that the presidential election was the best due to the fact that no one complained about the menace of vote buying.
When he was asked about his thoughts on the fact that the Labour Party presidential candidate sued the Independent National and Electoral Commission for wrongfully declaring Tinubu as the winner, Adamu said that he wishes them safe journey any way they want to go about it.
"This is the most peaceful election Nigeria has ever had. This is the only election in recent times that people are not talking about vote buying", daily post quoted what Adamu said.
