Just an hour ago, news has it that there was an attempt to by some Joint Security Operatives to arrest the Yoruba activist and warlord, Sunday Igboho while he was travelling along side the Lagos -Ibadan Expressway to visit Chief Ago Adebanjo, a Yoruba leader and elder statement.
According to the former minister of aviation, Femi Fani Kayode otherwise known as FFK, Sunday Igboho who has been raining hell and brime stone and also threatening to send the killer herdesmen away from the South West region was travelling to see an Afenifere leader.
According to him, he said " I just spoke to my brother, Sunday Igboho and he told me there was a violent attempt to arrest him this afternoon by a joint team of soldiers, DSs Operatives, and policemen numbering about 40 on the Ibadan/Lagos Expressway while he was on his to see Baba Ayo Adebanjo in Lagos.
He also further condemned the attempt to ambush and abduct him. That it was not only reckless but also very dangerous what the DSS and other security Operatives tried to do today. He said if the security agencies want to see him all they need to do is invite him to their office. He also sent a warning note to the federal government that Igboho is a hero to millions of Yoruba youths and killing or either detaining him will unlawfully be the biggest mistake they could make.
Not much later after FFk sounded and sent out this warning note, Nnamdi Kanu sent out his own warning note as well.
In his Twitter handle, he said " I condemn in totality to arrest Sunday Igboho earlier today. This is yet another deliberate act of provocation by the Fulanis Caliphate. No #Fulani mass murderer, Miyetti Alah or bandit is under arrest. Igbo should not be touched".
I stand with FFK on this matter, Igboho has not committed any crime and should not be unlawfully detained or arrested. They should not awaken what is not there by this stunt they just pulled today.
