Joe Igbokwe, who was the spokesperson of All Progressive Congress (APC), Lagos State chapter, has taken to his official Facebook handle to react to a photo of President Muhammadu Buhari and the President of the United States, Joe Biden as they attend the opening of the General Debate of the 76th session of the General Assembly at the UN headquarters on Tuesday in New York.
According to information revealed by a reliable source, the President, Muhammad Buhari accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Onyeama, Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the UN, Prof. Tijjani Muhammad Bande, and Head of Chancery of the Permanent Mission, Muyiwa Onifade, was present at the opening of the General Debate of the 76th session of the General Assembly at the UN headquarters held in New York.

However, one of the few people who reacted to this information was Joe Igbokwe, who took to his official Facebook handle to share some photos of Muhammad Buhari and Joe Biden.
While sharing on his official Facebook handle, the exceptionally boisterous APC supporter, and special adviser to the Lagos State governor on drainage and water resources, Joe Igbokwe said, "America hosts the African number one President".
