According to Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour on his official Twitter handle "Good morning Lagosians, taxes are social contract between the government & the people, Under my administration we will prioritize raising the standard of living of all Lagosians."
He went on to say "While also providing the highest levels of transparency & accountability."
