I Will Help To Fight Insecurity In Imo State - President Buhari

President Buhari was at Imo State to inaugurate certain infrastructural projects and address the deficits involved. He landed at Sam Mbakwe Airport and he was received by several dignitaries.

The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma expressed gratitude to President Buhari for visiting some of the completed projects. However, President Buhari also assessed the security situation in the state and promised to help the state to fight insecurity.

According to President Buhari, society would not have meaningful progress if they are faced with constant security issues. Following the visit of the president, the Police Public Relations Officer, Mike Abattam has warned troublemakers to stay away from the state.

Many would argue that President Buhari's visit to Imo State would go a long way in ensuring that the security agencies are more motivated to keep the streets safe. A lot of projects would only yield positive results when the people have no fear of insecurity.
