President Buhari, Akwa Ibom and Ogun state governors cast their votes

Today, Saturday, March 18, 2023, elections are held nationwide for governor and state assemblies.

Only a few of the current Governors are running for re-election, and there will be elections for new chief executive officers in the majority of the 28 States that will have governorship elections.

As observed by the Punch Newspaper, the PDP and APC, two major political parties, have the most candidates for the election on Saturday.
