As the general election draws closer, there have been social media reports that he has the intentions of becoming the president of the country by contesting in the next election, but the former Senate President have dismissed such claims and distanced himself from the posters of him sighted in areas at Abuja, the country's capital.
"Reset Nigeria 2023", "vote Saraki for president",were said to be written on the posters, and the posters carried the symbol of the People's Democratic Party.
But legit.ng revealed that Saraki made a response through his media aide Yusuph Olaniyonu, who clarified during a phone chat with "The Nation" saying that Bukola Saraki is not aware how the posters came up or did he paid for posters to be printed.
Recall that, election is drawing closer and this poster printing is a stunt pulled by elements which are mostly unknown to some Politicians.
