Habeeb Okikiola, nicknamed Portable, a Nigerian street musician, has disclosed that he turned down N5 million to perform at the Renewed Hope concert on Thursday in Abuja in honour of President-elect Bola Tinubu's inauguration.
On Friday, the singer claimed on his Instagram page that he was offered N5 million instead of N10 million for his performance.
"ZAzuu has been ripped oooh. I am the one who sing the song"Akoi Tinubu Eja Loni Ibu." Give What Belongs To Zazuu To Zazuu," the Zazuu crooner said in the video.
"I'm the one that sing Akoi Tinubu," he said in one of the videos.
"Didn't you all voted for Peter Obi? Tinubu wins the election and those stupid individuals are vying to perform there, so am I not the one that promoted Tinubu?"
"They called my manager and told him they wanted me to perform in Abuja. Ten million was paid, while five million make it to portable hand. I tore the paper because I couldn't agree.
"I deleted the number. That's why I did not perform in Abuja."
