Ojudu in one of his exciting piece on his social media accounts reminisced on how risky the practice of journalism was during the days of the Abacha lead Junta.
Ojudu who is one of the founders of the News magazine described how many of them were going in and out of detention at irregular intervals.
"I used to tell my family that returning from work daily is in the hands of God"
He also said despite all the pains they went through non of their staff ever betrayed any of them even when Bagauda kalto was murdered.
He however lamented that the current generation of journalists can betray a friend with just a bag of rice and a hundred thousand Naira.
