The Lagos State Labour Party's Governorship Candidate, Mr Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has disclosed that a certain lawyer from Kogi State, Dr Jubrin Akutepa, refused to defend the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in court, when he was contacted.
According to a tweet he made on his twitter handle, Mr Rhodes-Vivour disclosed that Dr Jubrin Okutepa, SAN, who hails from Kogi State, rejected Bola Tinubu's bullion van to defend the APC. He went on and noted that he chose to join Labour Party, to defend Peter Obi's mandate.

It should be recalled that that the three major presidential candidates that contested the forthcoming presidential election, Bola Tinubu of the APC, Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, recently hired tens of lawyers, mostly SANs, to defend them in court and to challenge the outcome of the just concluded presidential election.
