Femi Falana Finally Reveals Why It Will Be Difficult For "FG" To Arrest Sunday Igboho
It is no more news that the Federal Government have ordered the arrest of Sunday Igboho, after he mandated fulani Herdsmen not to graze in Ibarapa Community, Oyo state.
The Advocate of Equity and Justice made this statement while featured in a programme with Channels television.
According to Falana he said, "The failure of The Federal Government to take actions when some Northern Governors returned Almajiris back to their home states shows that the issue of security in Nigeria is being politicized."
He added saying, "No individual has the constitutional right to issue quit notice to any Nigerian residing in any part of the country."
Meanwhile, Femi Falana recalled that government did not arrest a northerner who once asked Igbos living in North to vacate. "So it will be difficult and inequitable to arrest Sunday Igboho."
Furthermore, Here is what he said
Hence, I urge all those living in Ibarapa Oyo state, to embrace peace and help Oyo state Government in restoring love back to the community.
