Indeed The Tension Heightens In Uzodinma's Camp Ahead Of Federal High Court's Decision. [Opinion]

The game of politics is for the experienced, and only those who know the rules can win. It should not take any one by surprise when their greatest supporters become their worst enemies, it is just politics. The drama in Imo State in an example of how your supporters can suddenly turn against you.

Hon. Emeka Ihedioha was sacked as Governor on January 14th, 2020 and this came as a huge shock to most Imolites.

Senator Rochas Okorocha and Senator Ararume played a major role in ensuring that Emeka Ihedioha was removed as Governor even though he was officially declared winner. Emeka Ihedioha was defeated hands down because the Federal might was dragged into something as little as a state issue.

Suddenly, a committee was established to scrutinize Senator Rochas Okorocha's financial activities while he was still a Governor. He filed a law suit which stopped the committee from carrying out their activities.

The Reform Advancement Party (RAP) recently approached the Federal High Court, Abuja to appeal for an assessment of the dual candidacy of Uche Nwosu.

He won the Governorship ticket for APC in Imo State, only for him to be rejected by the party and this made him move to AA.

Uche Nwosu won the Governorship tickets for both APC and AA and this simply implies that Hope Uzodinma was never the Governorship candidate for APC and is illegally occupying the Governorship seat of Imo State.

Imo State politics is faced with so much tension as Uzodinma is unsure of the outcome of tomorrow's hearing.

The Federal High Court will give the final verdict tomorrow being Monday, 20th of July 2020.

Does this mean that Emeka Ihedioha will come back as Governor?

Will the Supreme Court Counter the Federal High Court's Decision?
