I like Governor Ayade, but there were so many things he would have placed priority on when he assumed office in 2015. Look at when he is attempting the re-beautification of the state. According to Ben Emmanuel Ekom, a social media commentator, Ayade would have done better in first term beautifying the town. He decried the poor presence of beautifications in Calabar town. One of the cleanest city in the world.
Hear him out "This is supposed to be amongst his first projects as Governor. He allowed people outside the world see and believe that Calabar is no longer the Calabar they all knew in his administration!!! This is a heavy blow on him and I don't know if he knows "
The beautification of Calabar and keeping it clean and green. And of course ensuring that the state is peaceful is supposed to be the first priority of every Governor of Cross River State. But he failed in this area.
Honestly I wish him all the best in his remaining years in office as governor.
