The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has taken to their social media page to revealed the reason behind the visit of the United States Political Officer, Mr. Jerry, to their National Secretariat, Abuja today, Tuesday 2nd February, 2021.

The party who lost Nigeria presidential position to the All Progressive Congress (APC) in 2015 general election said the United States of America is having meeting with the National Chairman, Prince Uche Seconds and other members of the National Working Committee at the party’s National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, Nigeria.

The Peoples Democratic Party made this known through their official Facebook page today.

According to the Party, the United States Political Officer, Mr. Jerry and others were deliberating "on the proposed National Conference on Security, Elctoral Reforms, Economy as well as the party’s proposed e-registration of members."

The party also said the details of the meeting will be made public later after the meeting.
