The Anambra 2023 governorship election is slated to hold in November next month, and the candidates are already declaring their manifestos to the electorates before the pools. The election is going to be one of the toughest in the history of the state.
Two candidates who have really impressed me so far is PDP candidate, Valentine Ozigbo and the candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Professor Charles Soludo. They have proved to be the voice of the people with their initiative and solution-driven agendas.

However, the contest will be tough as the other candidates are not relenting on the battle. But if these two candidates I have mentioned above continue this way, one of them will pull the highest votes in the election.
So, continue reading this post to know why these two are the favourites for the upcoming election.
1. Valentine Ozigbo

PDP candidate and businessman, Valentine Ozigbo's comments about restructuring make him the ideal leader for the people. He was so confident to have raised the issue of restructuring and other issues bordering the nation in a live event during which he also presented his manifesto to the crowd.
Apart from the amazing points he raised, Ozigbo also shows that he can lead the good people of Anambra to the promised land. As I have said, the election will be very competitive, but the right man for the job should not be ignored because of partisan politics.
2. Charles Soludo

Another favourable candidate for the much anticipated election is APGA ticket-holder and former CBN chief, Professor Charles Soludo. The comments he made about industrialization and investment, especially the proposed "Made In Anambra" initiative, make him the perfect candidate for the job.
The state is blessed with intelligent men and women, and Soludo is among them. The former CBN governor has all the experience and expertise to lead the people if elected in November. But time will tell, and only the electorates will determine who governs them or not.
