Obasanjo Speaks Again

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has said recent happenings in Nigeria shows that people are not preparing for the Kingdom of God.

The former president stated this while speaking as a Guest of Honour during the dedication of the St. Moses Orimolade Holy Land, the Cenotaph of C&S Founder, on Saturday.

According to Obasanjo, most people are acting as if everything starts and ends on Earth.

Akeredolu Speaks

The Ondo State Governor, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu, has boasted the All Progressives Congress would continue to rule the state for a long time.

According to him, the party would continue to occupy a prime place in the political landscape of the state for long due to the good performance of the current administration in the state.

Northern Elders Speaks Again

Northern elders have restated their unflinching support to President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress,APC-led federal administration in the country.

They have also appealed to Nigerians to be patient and believe in the Buhari government, saying the president was taking steps to addressing the current challenges especially insecurity confronting Nigeria.

The Christian Association of Nigeria on Saturday asked the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, to seek help from Israel, the United States, and other countries to sustain the fight against insurgency, banditry, kidnapping, and other crimes in the country.

The organisation said the decision became necessary because Buhari’s regime had been overwhelmed by the continuous security challenges in Nigeria.
