Gov Uzodinma Is Determined To Create A Paradigm Shift For The Rural Dwellers

Uzodinma's Covenant with Rural Dwellers

Democracy is described as the government of the people, by the people and for the people. Dividends of democracy is said to have taken place when the masses have reaped from the policies and programmes of any government of the day.

It is on record that majority of the governments that come into existence, concentrate their developmental projects in capital cities and it's environs in the name of urban renewal.

Most rural dwellers and their communities are often neglected if not forgotten in the scheme of things, only to be remembered during the time for election or reelection campaigns.

But this experience is about to be a thing of the past as the Shared Prosperity government of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma. is determined to create a paradigm shift and make a difference in the lives of the rural dwellers.

This was made known by Hon. Okey Uduh. the Special Adviser to the governor on Rural Project Development. He reiterated the Imo State Government's resolve to bring all round development to all the nooks and crannies of rural communities in the state.

The Okigwe born community leader and grass root politician, made this known over the weekend when he was honoured by the leaders and people of Akpugo, Ihitte autonomous community of Ihube in Okigwe local government Area of Imo state.

He reminded the people and by extension other communities in Imo State, that to enjoy all the wonderful projects being executed and others on the way, all they need do is key in and support policies and programmes of Senator Hope Uzodinma in their various communities.

The 3R Shared Prosperity government have vowed to run an all inclusive open door policy government, in an effort to make all local communities in the state wear a new look.
