Governor Uzodinma has been to the court house on account of the law suit filed against him. There is no doubt that Hope Uzodinma is keeping his fingers crossed as the July 20th decision made by the Federal High Court will determine his fate.
Uzodinma thought he was done with all the drama until the (RAP) Reform and Advancement Party slammed him with law suits.
Okere kingdom who was the governorship candidate for the Imo state 2019 Governorship elections approached the Federal High Court seeking interpretation of the decision initially made by the Supreme Court.
He insisted that Hope Uzodinma was illegally occupying the Governorship seat seeing that he was not the Governorship candidate for APC Imo state and never contested for the elections. The procedures of the Federal High Court were adjourned till the 20th of July.
Here's Why July 20th Judgement May Cause A Serious Shift In Imo Politics:
1. Ihedioha is the people's choice and many Imolites were sad when he was sacked. If the judgement is ruled in his favor, the people of Imo state will be overjoyed because he is the man they actually voted for.
2. If Emeka Ihedioha wins, Imolites should be prepared to welcome him back wholeheartedly and give him all the support he needs.
3. If the judgement is ruled in favour Hope Uzodinma, the people of Imo state should know that this is not the end of good governance and should equally support Uzodinma.
