40 Year-old New EFCC Boss Sends Strong Message to the Youths Minutes after Successful Screening

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC is pleased to announce to the world and not just Nigeria that she has a new chairman who goes by the name Abdulrasheed Bawa.

Abdulrasheed Bawa was nominated last week by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Buhari as chairman of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission. Since then, there's been series of investigation and findings on his capability and competence and finally, he has been confirmed by the Senate today, Wednesday, 24th February, 2021 at the upper chamber of the National Assembly. A screening which lasted for more than two hours saw the young and vibrant economist being interrogated and questioned by subject analyst and specialists.

Coming put from the chambers, he has this simple message for the youths...

"I am going to give the young people a very good representation in the governance of this country so that more young people will be given more responsibility in this country".
