President Muhammad Buhari on Tuesday August 18, 2020 had a conversation with the King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia over the current oil market.
The conversation which took place through phone call after three months the Nigerian President and Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan his excellency Imran Khan had a conversation.The conversation was directed toward developing bilateral relationship between the two oil producing countries.
One of the subject matter of the conversation according to Saudi Press Agency between Buhari and the King Salman was how to stabilize and make balance on the global oil market among the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) members.
According to legit.ng, another theme of the conversation between them was the importance of compliance to the OPEC agreement by all members’ states.
Furthermore, third theme of the conversation was bilateral relationship between the two countries and opportunities for their further development in the future.
