A recent development has just left Nigerians on social media in shock as six states of the federation have dragged the Federal government before the Supreme Court over the conduct, collation and announcement of the February 25, 2023, presidential and National Assembly elections.
According to the court papers trending online, it is reported that the six states want a declaration that the non-uploading of the results of each of the 176,974 Polling Units nationwide in respect of the presidential election and National Assembly Elections were not in accordance with the provisions of the electoral act.
Ex Big Brother Naija star Nina Ivy just took to her Instagram stories to express her joy to this news as she allegedly said, and quote, "The pronunciation of Bola tinubu as president- elect of the federal republic of NIGERIA is null and void according to Supreme Court, premium dragging, this one sweet me."
