The recent decision by the Supreme Court to dismiss the case of the @OfficialPDPNig does not deter my relentless pursuit of justice. Our legal team is fully prepared to present compelling evidence that the February 25 election was marred by fraud, flagrantly disregarding constitutional requirements and the electoral guidelines set by the Independent National Electoral Commission (@inecnigeria). Moreover, it will be demonstrated that the proclaimed victor was not even eligible to participate in the electoral process.
The fight for democracy and the establishment of a new era that fosters progress and advancement in Nigeria is a cause to which I have dedicated myself entirely. I refuse to withdraw from this crucial battle, especially now when our nation stands at a critical juncture. I am confident that our esteemed Justices will soon deliver a verdict that will serve as a fitting requiem for those who have stolen mandates.
To all my supporters, I implore you to remain patient and conduct yourselves peacefully as we diligently pursue justice through our legal proceedings at the Presidential Election Tribunal Court. Together, we shall ensure that the truth prevails and our democracy is safeguarded. -AA
